Shirley has worked for the last 30 years in a number of executive and senior management operational roles within many areas of the hospitality business in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

She currently works for Catering Consultancy Bureau offering specialist consultancy advice to the food and leisure industry on the development, protection and operation of brands, as well as designing and delivering bespoke training workshops and management development programmes.

Shirley’s focus includes her involvement with the tendering process, the production of management training and development courses and assisting the business in moving towards a more commercially focused style.

Shirley lives in Norfolk where she follows her love of outdoor pursuits, gardening and all things ‘foodie’.
