Sally co-founded Catering Consultancy Bureau in 2002 with Peter. She continues to undertake all the financial and accounting duties and has been instrumental in developing strategy and supporting our clients across all aspects, including invoice reconciliation. Sally further supports the Catering Consultancy Bureau team with financial analysis, technical support and matters relating to company policy. Her career commenced in the hotel and catering industry, and she was a member of the Hotel and Catering Institutional Management Association (HCIMA) – now IOH.
