Sandra’s career commenced within the hotel and hospitality sector. Following the completion of extensive training, she worked in hotel management before moving to the contract catering industry.
Her career then developed with many of the industry’s major catering organisations at a senior level including design director, focusing practical design within staff restaurants. The move to consultancy was in 1997 and Sandra’s attention to detail places her perfectly for analysing the financial aspects of a catering operation. Sandra has provided focus and insight to clients relating to their catering budgets.
Her extensive experience leaves her perfectly placed to manage the catering and business strategy for Catering Consultancy Bureau as well as for our clients. Her specialisms include NHS, business and industry, education, and commercial sectors.
